A plugin that makes managing `settings.gradle(.kts)` for large projects easier

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("com.fueledbycaffeine.spotlight") version "0.1"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
