Gradle Plugin Portal Terms of Use

Welcome to the Gradle Plugin Portal, a software component repository where developers can make their Gradle plugins' binaries and source bundles available for download by users (the "Plugin Portal").

The Plugin Portal is provided by Gradle, Inc. ("Gradle") to the public as a community service. There is no charge to use the Plugin Portal, and Gradle pays all the costs for hosting and bandwidth. The Plugin Portal and the Gradle plugins provided through the Plugin Portal are subject to the Gradle Terms of Use. Any components uploaded by you or any third-party developer to the Plugin Portal shall be considered "User Submissions" under the Gradle Terms of Use. User Submissions are licensed to you by the developers who publish those User Submissions and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the applicable licenses accompanying such User Submissions. Any plugins developed and provided by Gradle on the Plugin Portal ("Gradle Plugins") can be identified by the org.gradle or com.gradle prefix in the plugin and group identifiers. Gradle Plugins in the com.gradle namespace shall be considered Gradle "Products" under the Gradle Terms of Use. Gradle Plugins in the org.gradle namespace are licensed by Gradle to you subject to the license terms and conditions found in the source repository of the respective Gradle Plugin.

You may access the Plugin Portal to locate and consume the plugins and components it contains, provided you comply with the Gradle Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Gradle Terms of Use, you may not use the Plugin Portal.
