The 'rapidminer-gradle-plugin' is a meta plugin which bundles configuration for all RapidMiner Gradle plugins.
Version 1.2.0 (latest)
Created 16 September 2026.
* Reworked build setup: plugin now bootstraps itself via `buildSrc` instead of a `GroovyScriptEngine` hack; `buildSrc/buildSrc` compiles `GeneratePluginVersionsTask` at build time; dependency versions and the plugin's own version are baked into `plugin-versions.properties` at build time * Added `vendor {}` sub-block to `gradlePluginConfig` for organisation-specific settings: `namespace`, `groupSuffix`, `vendorTags`, `website`, `vcsUrl`, `nexusBaseUrl`, `nexusSnapshotRepository`, `nexusReleaseRepository`; Maven `groupId` is now derived from `vendor.namespace + '.' + vendor.groupSuffix`, no longer hardcoded to `com.rapidminer.gradle` * Added `nonPublic` flag (auto-detected for SNAPSHOTs) and `publishGradleNamespaceAliases` option to control plugin marker POM publication behaviour * Publishing simplification: removed explicit `maven-publish` application (provided transitively by `plugin-publish`); removed `pluginInternalMaven` publication; `pluginMaven` `artifactId` and `archivesName` are now aligned to `extension.id` * Gradle Module Metadata (`.module`) is generated only for publications that carry classifier artifacts (sources, javadoc, test-fixtures); marker/alias publications are POM-only stubs * Added `GradlePluginSpecBase` test-fixture class (published as `-test-fixtures` artifact) and `GradleTestVersions` helper; `gradleTestKit()` is auto-added to all consuming plugin projects; default cross-version matrix: 8.2, 8.14.4, 9.6.0; configurable via `compatibilityTestGradleVersions` * Nested test builds' `problems-report.html` files are collected into `build/reports/problems/collected/` for review after multi-version test runs * Updated `com.gradle.plugin-publish` to `2.1.1`; replaced all `buildDir` references with `layout.buildDirectory`
