A Gradle plugin to produce a dependency report in JSON format that Gemnasium can use for a dependency vulnerability scan

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("com.gemnasium.gradle-plugin") version "1.0.3"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):
```
dependencies {

}
```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:

plugins {

}
```
