Applies default Spotless java formatting steps to projects that declare the Spotless plugin themselves

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("eu.xenit.enterprise-conventions.ext.spotless") version "0.9.0"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
