Adds the Kotlin/Native NuGet annotations, such as @CSharpName, to a Kotlin Multiplatform module that does not apply the main plugin

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("io.github.xxfast.kotlin.native.nuget.annotations") version "0.9.0"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

}
```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
