Applies the F2 BOM to all Kotlin subprojects for automatic dependency version management

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("io.komune.fixers.f2.bom") version "0.33.2"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):
