Gradle plugin to generate bootstrap manifest files (properties file with pluginIds, catalogIds and version fields) to use with nexusBootstrap feature in private-repo plugin. Also configures manifest publication.

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

  id("ws.gross.bootstrap-manifest") version "0.16.0"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
