Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("au.id.jpg.gradle-gcs-build-cache") version "1.0.1"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):
```
dependencies {
  implementation("au.id.jpg.gradle-gcs-build-cache:au.id.jpg.gradle-gcs-build-cache.gradle.plugin:1.0.1")
}
```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
```
plugins {
  id("au.id.jpg.gradle-gcs-build-cache")
}
```
