Universally apply plugins under ~/.gradle/init.d to all Gradle projects automatically. MUST VIEW GITHUB README TO WORK PROPERLY.

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("com.dvoiss.globalplugins") version "1.0.1"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:

```
