Gradle plugin to generate a POM file and include it in a Jar archive

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("dev.trinkets.pom") version "1.0.0"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):
