Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("eu.xenit.enterprise-conventions.ext.maven-central-publish") version "0.6.1"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

```
