Lightweight plugin to get specified (or current) git branch information

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("lazy.zoo.gradle.git-data-plugin") version "1.2.2"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

dependencies {

```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
```
plugins {
