Configures the repositories that OpenRewrite modules in open source draw dependencies from, such as Maven Central and Nexus Snapshots.

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("org.openrewrite.build.recipe-repositories") version "1.20.0"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

}
```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
