A Gradle plugin that allows the generation of Bazel repository rules from Gradle project dependency configuration

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("com.github.zetten.bazel-dependencies-plugin") version "1.7.1"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):
```
dependencies {
  implementation("com.github.zetten.bazel-dependencies-plugin:com.github.zetten.bazel-dependencies-plugin.gradle.plugin:1.7.1")
}
```
It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
```
plugins {
  id("com.github.zetten.bazel-dependencies-plugin")
}
```
