Allows to parse Java byte code to find invocations of method/class/field signatures and fail build.

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("de.thetaphi.forbiddenapis") version "3.1"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):

It can then be applied in the precompiled script plugin:
