- The Publishing Plugin now allows declaring the compatibility of the plugin being published with various Gradle Features. This is achieved via the Compatibility Plugin (https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/org.gradle.plugin-compatibility).

Add this plugin to your build using the plugins DSL:

plugins {
  id("com.gradle.plugin-publish") version "2.1.0"
}

Add this plugin as a dependency to <convention-plugins-build>/build.gradle(.kts):
